Description:

Latar Belakang: Hiperurisemia merupakan kondisi dimana kadar asam urat dalam darah diatas normal. Kadar asam uart normal 3,6-7 mg/dl. Kadar asam urat dipengaruhi oleh konsumsi bahan makanan sumber purin, asupan karbohidrat, protein, lemak, vitamin C dan indeks massa tubuh (IMT). Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan konsumsi bahan makanan sumber purin, asupan karbohidrat, protein, lemak, vitamin C, IMT dan kadar asam urat pada laki-laki dewasa di RW 05 Kelurahan Bukit Duri tahun 2016. Metode: Studi observasional dengan desain cross sectional. Subjek sebanyak 56 laki-laki dewasa (26-45tahun). Data konsumsi bahan makanan sumber purin dan asupan vitamin C diperoleh menggunakan FFQ semi kuantitatif, asupan karbohidrat, protein, lemak diperoleh menggunakan recall 2x24 jam. IMT diukur menggunakan pengukuran antropometri. Kadar asam urat diukur menggunakan GCU Easy Touch. Data dianalisis dengan uji korelasi Pearson dan one-way ANOVA. Hasil: Mayoritas responden mempunyai kadar asam urat normal. Rerata kadar asam urat responden 6,37�1,87 mg/dl, konsumsi bahan makanan sumber purin 842,20�422,67 mg, asupan karbohidrat 392,78�93,49 gram, protein 86,47�31,04 gram, lemak 84,56�40,07 gram, vitamin C 83,60�40,90 mg dan IMT 22,46�3,95 kg/m2. Uji korelasi pearson ada hubungan signifikan konsumsi bahan makanan sumber purin, asupan protein, lemak, vitamin C dan kadar asam urat (p<0,05). Tidak ada hubungan signifikan asupan karbohidrat, IMT dan asam urat (p>0,05). Uji one-way ANOVA, ada perbedaan signifikan konsumsi bahan makanan sumber purin, asupan karbohidrat, protein, lemak dan vitamin C berdasarkan kadar asam urat (p<0,05). Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan signifikan konsumsi bahan makanan sumber purin, asupan protein, lemak, vitamin C dan kadar asam urat (p<0,05). Ada perbedaan signifikan konsumsi bahan makanan sumber purin, asupan karbohidrat, protein, lemak dan vitamin C berdasarkan kadar asam urat (p<0,05).
